Mrs. Brenett N. Haynes has served as the Bolivar County Chancery Clerk since 2008. She began working in the Chancery Clerk’s office in 1976 while in high school for Mrs. Jeanne Walker, the former Chancery Clerk of Bolivar County. After high school, Mrs. Haynes attended Mississippi Valley State University and Delta State University where she earned her certification to become a paralegal. While in college, she would spend her summers working for Mrs. Walker’s office as the court deputy. She continues to enjoy her job as one of the longest serving Bolivar County employees and elected officials.
